Bravura” [2009 ©] – A multimedia installation developed with Arduino, in which the video imagery of birds flying across the screen stimulates a sonic reaction. Every time a bird flies past a corresponding solenoid strikes a chime bar making audible the physical movement of the birds in flight; transferring the original physical movement into another physical space. The intention of this piece is to investigate the musical quality of birds in flight, highlighting the intricacy and musicality of rhythms and movement in our environment.

Too the right there is a short video detailing the Bravura installation at the DOJCAD Masters Show September 2009
